Repair and parts

Everything on the Office Walker is repairable. Most parts swap out in about 10 minutes with the tools you already have at home, and a slat cover takes about 5. If a part fails within five years and it is not your fault, we send you a new one free. After that, every part is still on the shelf and we ship it to you.

This guide is being written and filmed right now.
Repair videos are on the way, one for each part. Until then, write to us with your serial and a photo, and we walk you through the fix, by video call if that is easier.
